WE WANT TO HELP
Families of Murder Victims offers help to those tragically bereaved. The horror of losing a loved one by homicide is overwelming and at times beyond the scope of understanding. We are here to help.
HOW CAN WE HELP
Families of Murder Victims offers monthly self-help support meetings and one-to-one peer counseling. We offer help by phone, email, mail, and literature. We have procedures for immediate crisis intervention and courtroom support.
MEETINGS
We meet the second Thursday night of the month at 7:00 pm. at the Grant Sawyer Building, at 555 E. Washington Ave. (Across from Cashman Field).

SHARING SORROW AND DIRECTING ANGER TOGETHER
ORIGIN
Families of Murder Victims was founded by a small group of people who all had a member of their family murdered and realized the need for a self-help support group in Southern Nevada. There are many families in this area who have suffered the same tragic loss and therefore, fully understand the feelings and problems unique to losing a family member through murder. The Families of Murder Victims, located in Southern Nevada, want to reach out to all those survivors of homecide.
