This is Edition #7 of the Demo Dumpster News.  TONS of new demos in one zip file added to the DUMPSTER.  When I say TONS, I mean literally 60 some odd individual demos, all created by the player named (X3M)DarkMatriX.  Now the subject matter of this player's demos involves quite a bit of controversy, so I'm gonna warn ya'll right now.  Essentially (X3M)DarkMatriX would like to educate the Kingpin community on how to do "trick jumps" without "cheating".  His methodology, however, is clearly not  "skill based only" and involves a combination of a key bind and a console command.  Now, in my personal opinion, when a player has to resort to a "key bind" to reduce the number of keystrokes required to perform certain movements in a game (especially when combined with entering console commands at the same time to alter the game's natural physics), well...........sorry (X3M)DarkMatriX, but I don't think that really qualifies as a "non-cheat".  Nevertheless, I'm not here to judge what you do in your own server on your own time and I appreciate you submitting your demos to the DUMPSTER.  Therefore, for those interested, I have uploaded the file "(X3M)DarkMatriX.zip" to the Directory.   It will download in a flash and you should unzip it directly to your "demos" folder. This is Edition #6 of the Demo Dumpster News.  Two new demos in one zip file added to the DUMPSTER.  Once again submitted by the player named "Kingpin_Xatrix".  These two very short demos are called "pv_jump" and "sr3_jump" and the zip file is labled "sp_jumps".  They are both recorded on single player maps, so anyone with Kingpin installed can view them. According to the readme, pv_jump shows jumping from the pawn-o-matic to the top roof and sr3_jump shows doublejumping over a locked door.  They will download in a flash and you should unzip them directly to your "demos" folder. This is Edition #5 of the Demo Dumpster News.  Two new demos added to the DUMPSTER. Well, actually it's more like 6 new demos, but they are all contained within two zipped files.  These were all recorded and submitted by the player named "Kingpin_Xatrix".  They are all recorded on default maps, so anyone with Kingpin installed can view them.  According to the "readme" from each file, these short little demos purport to demonstrate various jumps.  The zips are called "crate jumps" and "sy jumps".  They will download in a flash and you should unzip them directly to your "demos" folder. Latest News - 04/30/03

This is Edition #4 of the Demo Dumpster News.  One new demo added to the DUMPSTER.  This time submitted by AXE (I think, as there was no "README") and I assume it was recorded by him as well?  The name of the demo is "demogod" and it features a Clan Match between [=TF=] playing as DRAGONS and {EPD} playing as NIKKI'S BOYS.  I won't spoil the fun by revealing the outcome, but I will tell you that it features some killa fraggin and some excellent skills by the demo's "cameraman" hehehe.  This one is our largest demo to date folks and weighs in at a whopping 2.4MB uncompressed.  Fortunately for you, however, I took the liberty of ZIPPING it up myself for your downloading pleasure (hint, hint future submitters!).  Now head on over to our Directory and check this one out!! This is Edition #3 of the Demo Dumpster News.  One new demo added to the DUMPSTER.  This time submitted by Sylacs, who properly credits JJaf.de for creating it.  The name of the demo is "Redbull" and it was recorded to show other players what the infamous "speed cheat" looks like when used in the servers.  Of course, thanks to the latest Monkey Mod, it is no longer possible to "speed cheat" in protected servers.  Anyway, it's pretty wild so download it yourself and check it out!  Happy Dumpster Diving :)

This is Edition #2 of the Demo Dumpster News.  Two new demos added to the DUMPSTER.  Both submitted by a player named "G00". The first one is called "G00x2_jumpz_dm1_3" and the second one is called "G00x2_jumpz_dm5_7".  Both of them are quite short and recorded on stock (default) KP maps.  They feature some "trick jumps", which to my observation seemed pretty unreal hehehe.  Are they natural or are they "faked"??  Download 'em yourself and YOU be the judge hehe.  Happy Dumpster Diving :)
