With Don Depetrillo’s 35 years of experience as a baker and as the former owner of Depetrillo’s Pizza and Bakery, you can only imagine the delicious breads, calzones, pizzas and prepared foods that come from Focaccia King Restaurant. As the name suggests, one of the specialties is focaccia bread. Focaccia is a type of yeast bread, similar to pizza. It has a touch of garlic and olive oil, which makes it a perfect accompaniment to a meal instead of bread. It’s also an ideal foundation for a variety of toppings, such as tomato and basil, chicken and broccoli, and many more. With many of the breads in local restaurants and markets around the state, and everything from fresh dough to pizza, calzones, sandwiches and salads available at the restaurant, Focaccia King is a name you won’t want to forget!
