7th Annual Photo Contest & Display

An exhibit of all photographs are on display at the Bellevue University Art Gallery in the Humanities Building from June 4th through July 1st.

Photographs were judged by Tim White, a professional photographer.  

And the winners are...

ANIMALS:  Any and all four legged, winged, etc.

First Place:  Egret Group by Kim Madrigal
Second Place:  On Eagle's Wings by Jim Hughes
Third Place:  Eastern Red Tailed Hawk by Ruth Green.

FLORA:  Any and all, including fungi.

First Place:  White Fawn Lily by Essie Grill
Second place:  Tulip Time by Jim Hughes
Third Place:  Wild Iris by Maureen Hoskinson

SCENIC: May include man-made objects that enhance the natural scene.

First Place and Best of Show:  Wasteland by Michael Cameron

June 21st, Thursday:    General Meeting and critique of contest photographs by, 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm. This is a learning experience and should not be missed.

July 2nd, Fri 4:30-5:30 PM : Take down pictures at Bellevue Library. Exhibitors unable to attend should arrange for someone else to pick up their photos. 4:30 to 6:00pm
