Are Rugby skills transferable to other sports?

Basic rugby skills needed for all players: catch, pass, and kick.  In addition, all players learn to make decisions, get fit, and work on teamwork skills.

All those skills are used in every sport played at FPYC.  Tackling and contact skills are useful for football and lacrosse.  See “How Rugby Makes Better Football Players”.
