Registration
Registration for FPYC Rugby - General Information
Registration is $75 per child plus the CIPP fee (see below).
- U-19 High School Rugby (Details: FPYC High School Rugby )
- Youth Summer Rugby (Details: FPYC Youth Summer Rugby )
Registration for FPYC Rugby is a two step process:-
Step 1, register as a player with FPYC.
- On-Line Registration
Go to FPYC's on-line registration page and register for FPYC Rugby. Click on "Rugby" and follow instructions to register.
- Walk-In Registration
Walk-in registration is available
10:00 AM - 2:00 PM at the FPYC Clubhouse on:
Saturday, January 12, 2008, 10am-2pm Saturday, February 2, 2008, 10am-2pm
Saturday, March 8 , 2008, 10am-2pm

Walk-in registration for Youth Summer Rugby: Dates TBA
Step 2, complete a USA Rugby CIPP form.
ALL rugby players must register with USA Rugby and complete a USA Rugby CIPP form. This is a USA RUGBY requirement!
USA Rugby’s Certified Individual Participation Plan (CIPP) is the national player registration and insurance program. All players must complete the form and pay the fee of $13.33 (included in your FPYC Registration fee). No player is allowed to participate in a match without completing this process! |
To register with USA Rugby and obtain a CIPP, log on to: Membership Registration v0.0.1
Download, print and complete a USA Rugby CIPP (Waiver) form. Please return the CIPP Form either at the walk-in registration or to Coach Bardot at the first practice.
