You will feel as though you are in the midst of the ocean. Adding decorative hand painted fishes, sea turtles, seaweed, octopus, sea shells and even a ship wreck, you will have an incredible conversation piece that will carry compliments forever. This idea can be used in a child's playroom, home theater, seafood restaurant, pool house and even on the bottom of a pool or pool house area. The possibilities are endless! The reactionary Copper wash is a popular favorite, it is a beautiful combination of metallic copper paint layered with an eggplant purple colored glaze, then activated and softly hand brushed with our specialty brushes for a absolutely stunning effect. The eggplant glaze tones down the copper yet when activated and brushed the color pools in area and the effect looks similar to raindrops on a window. An example of this is shown below in a small bathroom area giving the room an incredible finish that will cause repeated visits and compliments from your guests who won't believe it is done with paint! A more classical usage of this process is shown below in a olive green color, glazed with an earth tone shade and then activated to give the appearance of aged leather. Stenciling is then added to this faux painted wall to complete a classic aged effect that will also receive many compliments done is this color or others. Both classical and unusual possibilities of color and effects of combinations are endless to explore and develop for a beautiful unmatched result of all your own to enjoy in your own spaces.
