What I do for Work

Current Position (1991- )

Team Leader, Las Vegas Development Center
Duties: Redesigned and deployed a character based Informix application using the Oracle GUI. We are now enhancing the application endlessly. My duties center on project management, documentation, and maintaining the workstations and local server.

Previous Projects/IRS Positions

- Programmer/Analyst, Electronic Management System Team

Enhance and maintain reports and screens for Electronic Tax Filing of 1040, ETD and 941 returns for filers using Electronic Data Interchange formats for filing.

- Team Leader, Excise Tax Development Team

Develop a comprehensive system used to manage the Excise Tax program using Oracle Case Designer and Case Developer for a Pyramid Nile system and Intel based workstations running Windows NT.

-Team Leader, Integrated Case Processing Security (ICP)

Provide security and auditing capabilities for ICP. Security testing and certification for ICP.
-Team Leader, Standard IDRS/CFOL Access (SIA)
Provide the capability for a standardized download of mainframe data to servers and workstations.
-Team Leader, Microcomputer Data Access (MiDAS)
Demonstrate that standardized access to mainframe database can be accomplished for servers.
- Gateway Remote Administrative & Security Processor (GRASP)
Download credit reports from credit bureaus to Revenue Officers for legitimate cases. Provide access to public databases.
