Current Position (2009- )

Retired

Besides travelling, my main work now is keeping my web site up to date. I have made progress. I started 2009 working on pictures and trips from 2004. At this point, I only need to finish with a (LARGE) number of pictures of our vacation trip to China and Korea in 2006.

Additionally, I work at track and field meets (youth through seniors) and am about to become an officer in e clampus vitus.




IRS Projects/Positions (1991-2009 )

-Team Leader, Las Vegas Development Center Duties: Redesigned and deployed a character based Informix application using the Oracle GUI.

- Programmer/Analyst, Electronic Management System Team - Enhance and maintain reports and screens for Electronic Tax Filing.

- Team Leader, Excise Tax Development Team - Develop a system used to manage the Excise Tax program using Oracle.

-Team Leader, Integrated Case Processing (ICP) - Provide security and auditing capabilities and security testing and certification for ICP.

-Team Leader, Standard IDRS/CFOL Access (SIA) - Provide the capability for a standardized download of mainframe data to servers and work stations.

-Team Leader, Microcomputer Data Access (MiDAS) - Demonstrate that standardized access to mainframe database can be accomplished for servers.

- Gateway Remote Administrative Security Processor (GRASP) - Download credit reports from credit bureaus to Revenue Officers. Access public databases.

- Operations Chief, Birmingham and Las Vegas Districts - Run Data Processing operations. 1985-1991
