We encourage public support and checks in the amount of $99.00 or less. 

Contributions in excess of $99.00 will require the donor to provide address, place of employment (occupation and employer).  If self employed, enter name of business, which candidate you are supporting to accordance with the Fair Political Practices Commission of the State of California.
