SPACE PILOT 3000
Space Pilot 3000 Giclee
2000 - 26"x38" 275.00 UNFRAMED - LIMITED TO 100 PRINTS
'Welcome to the World of Tomorrow' - Eight tentacles up! Raves the review on this poster. Great item to commemorate the series premiere of Futurama. Ultra retro style here in the use of the text and images of the spaceships in the background. High quality paper and print and fully licensed by 30th Century Fox. This is part of a limited edition but considering the price it may not be so hard to get.
I do not have this poster yet (I am holding out for Christmas) but I have seen it on display and if you really wanted to get a good Futurama poster this would be the one to get! It is a great piece and will look great up on your wall in any room, office and all year round! As the giclee says: Eight tentacles up!

YOU'RE NOT PAID TO THINK
You're Not Paid to Think Giclee
2001 - 18"x28" 250.00 UNFRAMED - LIMITED TO 100 PRINTS
Not as nice as the other giclee's released as I have never found very much interesting in the graphics of this. The quote is still funny but we have seen this in other items such as RocketUSA's tin signs, promo postcards and magnets. This giclee is also a limited edition of 100 pieces.

HO-HO HOLIDAY
Ho-Ho Holidays Giclee
2001 - 20"x25" 250.00 UNFRAMED - LIMITED TO 100 PRINTS
This is the type of giclee that I like to see Futurama in. Even though the graphics are nothing new (see 2001 calendar) this is still a great piece. Again using a retro 50's style horror pulp magazine theme really gives this piece an edge. The only bad thing that I can think about this poster is that it is holiday themed. This piece is to good to only see once a year but may not be suitable for year round display.
I hope the good folks over at Fox continue producing these fine art giclee's and produce more of the images from the 2001 calendar as well as throw in some original art concepts as well. Limited to only 100 pieces this is sure to sell out quickly. I hope to get mine sometime after Xmas.

LIMITED EDITION GICLEE SET 1 (SET OF 5)
2002 - 11.5" x 15" - 60.00 EACH LIMITED TO 40 SETS
Released at this years San Diego Comic Con by 20th Century Fox these are sure to find a great place on the walls of anybody's home. Although the images are not anything new as we have seen them all as part of the 2001 calendar they make exceptional prints to hang individually or separately.
All five images are based off of old pulp science fiction novels of the past with such outrageous titles as Robot Lust, G-Bots and Embarrassing Tales. These images best represent what Futurama is all about in the field of merchandise. A throwback to the good old days when we still had fears of monsters in the woods and terrible space aliens and robots were coming down to Earth to colonize us.
This set was numbered and limited to a run of only 40 sets. Originally when I bought these the salesman told me that they were only available as sets but I came to find out later that they were also available separately. It wouldn't have mattered much to me as I still would have bought the entire set. Along with the great printing process that is giclee these mini posters are printed on a rag type stock of paper so there is a little texture to the print which enhances the overall look of them. I was also lucky enough to get set 2 of 40. I typically am not interested in series runs but this was a nice little bonus for me. As an option when on buying these they were also sold framed together in one long frame with all five images horizontally. I chose to get the separate pieces as this way I could bring Futurama to every room in the house!
Being such a short print run the supplies on these will be very limited in the future. That will be too bad for some folks as these are so great looking that they are sure to be well sought out for in years to come. They sold separately for 60.00 a print or as a group for 275.00. If you get a chance to own just one of these prints get it - you won't be disappointed.

MUNICIPAL SPACE PORT
Municipal Space Port Giclee
2002 - 20"x25" 250.00 UNFRAMED - LIMITED TO 250 PRINTS
Another fine example of Futurama art. Another retro type piece that is really reminiscent of Disneyland more than anything else. Still, I think this is a great looking piece and would look good on anybodies wall. The first artwork to not feature any of the characters of Futurama unless of course you count the Planet Express ship. Nice to see her as the focal point of a piece of art

LIMITED EDITION GICLEE SET 2 (SET OF 4)
2002 - 11.5" x 15" - 60.00 EACH LIMITED TO 80 SETS
Another set of giclee's from Fox Studios based off of the wonderful 2001 Futurama calendar. They learned their lesson on the first set and how quickly it sold out by offering these up in a limited run of 80 prints and not the 40 that was done previously. Good move I think as I know some people who were shut out of owning the first set and who are either desperately trying to find them or are having to resort to paying very high prices. I think going to the higher print run makes these more collector friendly in the long run.
Images represented here are Strangely Disconcerting Stories, Gut Wrenching Anecdotes, One-Eyed Action and Hard to Swallow Space Yarns. All are reproduced brilliantly again. Although, I can see the motive of producing the first set as they certainly did select the best of the 12 images available to them. Still, I can't wait to see all 12 images reproduced and there is the strong possibility that the remaining 3 will be produced early in 2003. After that it will be interesting to see what Fox Studios does for an encore. I can't see them producing images from other calendars as they really wouldn't fit this format as nicely but we shall see.
