This was a benefit for an LA Weekly writer named Craig Lee who died of AIDS. About 10 bands played. Perry and Casey were supposed to show clips of Gift, that was the billing, but that didn't happen. Instead Perry, Dave, and Steve (no Eric) played a few songs acoustically. It was very mellow. Perry had a black eye.

One of the songs was definitely "Ocean Size" (they showed a short clip of it on MTV News). The others might have been "Ain't No Right" and "Chip Away".. but not sure.
