Ordering - How do you place an order? Simply click on any of the links to my
E-Mail Address where it says "Contact me at Games@cox.net to confirm a
sale or to ask a question." (Such as the above link!). Then, in your E-Mail to
me, include a list of the games you wish to purchase. It is best to 'Cut and Paste'
the selections directly from my site into your E-Mail so that when there are more
than one of a particular game available I can easily know which one you are
interested in.
Once you have E-Mailed your selections, I will reply with an E-Mail that includes
the TOTAL cost, including Shipping and Handling. It will also mention any FREEBIE's
or other Deals you may qualify for. Also included will be your payment options
(generally limited to PayPal and Money Orders). When paying through PayPal, you
should always have a Confirmed Shipping Address and a current working E-Mail Address
associated with your PayPal account. Anything less can delay shipment of your games
until payment can be verified to be legitimate. Money Orders should always be in US
Funds (Dollars) with United States Postal Service Money Orders being preferred.

Shipping - I generally ship by USPS Priority Mail within the USA. If a lower cost method
can be used that will get your package to you in the same amount of time (based on USPS
estimates), I reserve the right to use that method and refund you a portion of the difference
in cost at my discretion. If requested, I also ship via First-Class Mail (up to 13 ounces),
Parcel Post, and Media Mail at the listed pre-set rates.
*Note* - A few games which include heavy manuals and/or strategy guides may incur up
to an additional $3.00 S&H fee for the higher postage associated with those specific items.
This will apply if an item weighs over 1 pound.
If the calculated S&H costs do not cover actual costs, the buyer will be required to pay actual
costs. Actual costs will be calculated as Shipping + Packaging + Handling. (Handling is $ .80
within the USA, $ 1.10 to Canada and $1.50 everywhere else per parcel.)

Insurance - If you want your item to be insured, it is an additional cost of $1.30 for up to $50.
If your item is lost or broken in shipping and you have not requested and paid for insurance to be
added, you will have no recourse to have your money or item replaced. If you do pay for insurance,
and it is necessary to file a claim, you (the buyer/bidder) will be responsible for doing so, as laid
out in the USPS directions for filing a claim.

Funds - All transactions are to be paid in US Dollars! All prices are listed in US Dollars as well.

If I win an auction from you on eBay, why are the Shipping and Handling charges
generally more than if I buy it directly off your site?
Any extra charge helps cover the cost of doing the eBay transaction (auction insertion and closing
cost fees, etc.). This is part of the handling portion of the charge.

Will you combine S&H costs if I win more than one auction?
Yes. Shipping and Handling in most cases would be the cost of your highest S&H charge
plus $1.25 for each additional item using Priority Mail, or plus $ .75 for each
additional item using Media Mail. This is listed at the bottom of my site as well.

Why didn't I get a FREEBIE with my order?
FREEBIE's will likely remain a part of my site, but it is the buyers responsibility to
make sure I know what their FREEBIE selection is. When an order is confirmed, I
usually will request what your FREEBIE selection is - one time. If it is not told to me
before I package and ship the item(s), there will be no FREEBIE included!
FREEBIE's are NOT part of my eBay auctions, unless you ALSO purchase items off
the web site for inclusion in the SAME shipment. FREEBIE's are also NOT available
with international (out of the U.S.) orders due to shipping costs.
MAKE SURE you reply with your FREEBIE selection when confirming an order if
you want a FREEBIE! One FREEBIE with any web site order of $15+ (before S&H)!
One additional FREEBIE with each $40 spent (not including S&H)!
