We use a rating scale to help you decide which rides are appropriate for you.  You can use the descriptions listed on Rate Your Riding Level to help determine your riding level.

1-9  Rider Level:  Beginner to advanced
1-9  Technical:  Easy to difficult
1-9  Aerobic:  Easy to strenuous
1-9  Pace:  Easy to fast
1-9  Distance:  Total in miles
1-9  Riding Time:  In hours
