GDM Consulting works collaboratively with clients to ensure that all engagements conclude with meaningful results. While each engagement is unique, GDM Consulting applies a consistent methodology to ensure the most positive outcome possible. Definition and ScopeGDM Consulting will work with each client to provide a comprehensive description of the agreed to program. We will work to understand the clients' objectives and ensure an effective mapping of those objectives to the consulting engagement. Further, we will take the time to develop a written Statement of Work which will include, as appropriate, specific metrics and milestones. To the greatest degree possible, GDM Consulting will define responsibilities of the client company and any third party organizations which may be involved in the engagement. Ongoing CommunicationGDM Consulting recognizes that it is often insufficient to implement a program without ongoing dialogue. Depending on the length and scope of the engagement, a communication plan will be put in place. For longer engagements this may include formal reviews and feedback sessions. For shorter term engagements this may be limited to informal conversations or the occasional conference call. The method and frequency of communication will be discussed at the time of initial engagement. ImplementationGDM Consulting subscribes to the philosophy of "Plan your work and work your plan." As such, the implementation phase will be consistent with the defined scope, with particular emphasis on achieving the jointly defined engagement goals. The resources applied and specific activities undertaken will vary depending on the nature of the consulting agreement. The client will receive regular feedback, as appropriate, during the entire implementation phase. Results and MetricsA key element of a successful engagement is the development of meaningful goals and metrics. Often, longer projects will have interim milestones which are to be met. GDM Consulting is mindful of these metrics and will provide appropriate documentation relative to performance against goals. Further, interim milestones may be used as checkpoints to validate future goals.
