Both planned and unplanned transitions in leadership or organizational structure have a dramatic effect on future organizational performance. We will work with the leadership team to understand individual styles and group preferences.  We will then partner to define clear and effective roles and responsibilities, resulting in meaningful alignment of individual responsibilities.
 
Establishing and Achieving Change Related Goals
GDM Consulting will help articulate and communicate the desired outcomes of the transition or change.  Appropriate stakeholders will be identified and specific responsibilities will be assigned to key players.  Metrics will be established to maximize the opportunity for successful change.
 
Change Leadership
GDM Consulting will coach the leaders though the transition period.  We will identify organizational barriers, advantages and issues likely to be of concern and define strategies to address them.  We will monitor, evaluate and realign change strategies based on feedback during all phases of the change effort.  GDM Consulting will provide executive coaching to the leadership team and ensure their ability to sustain critical long-term relationships in the midst of change.
