The weather data hasn't been updated this weekend.  Cox Communications, my Internet Service Provider (ISP), changed their FTP parameters once again so that it now requires passive FTP.  I changed things on my end to match their changed settings.

The weather data hasn't been updated in about a day.  Apparently Cox upgraded their FTP server software or changed their FTP parameters such that passive FTP no longer works.  After turning off passive FTP in VWS everything uploads correctly again.
