Kristi Sanders is an established, licensed massage therapist, practicing for ten years in the Laguna Niguel and Monarch Beach area of Southern California.
Kristi earned over 800 hours, acquiring a diverse bodywork education from various massage schools, attending Oregon School of Massage, Mueller School of Holistic Health, Healing Hands, Lincoln Institute, and International Professional School of Bodywork.
Specialties include Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Structural Organization, Trigger Point Therapy and Thai Massage.
Kristi's objective is to use her skills to provide the best individual service to all clients. Bodywork goals are to ease chronic muscle spasms and to assist the healing process for injured tissue.
