offers appraisals to meet our customers needs. Our reports comply
with the American Society of Appraisers Uniform Standards of
Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP).
Full Appraisal Report Includes:
Two Copies of the appraisal report with detailed identification and
photographs
An explanation of the basis for the report
An explanation of any limiting or contingent conditions that affect
valuation
A summary of the valuation of the property
Qualifications of the appraisers and consultants used
Verbal Appraisals
On-site or in-office consultations to examine, evaluate, and express
an informed opinion concerning current value, condition, restoration
possibilities, marketability, etc. (A consultation is not an
appraisal and is not to be construed as such.)
Expert Witness Testimony
Testimony in defense of written appraisal
