Arthur McLeod Mills                           1849-1913
Arthur was born on 15 June 1849, the son of Arthur Samuel Mills and Charlotte Maria Burkinyoung, formerly Salmon, at Bath, Somerset.
He served with the Bengal Staff Corps, and his father was a Captain in the East India Company Service.
