Mark was born on 21 September 1923, the son of Dr. George Augustus Roberts and Florence Muriel Mills, at Winchester, Hampshire. He first married Rosalind Margaret Vaughn Drummond. He apparently had a total of four wives in his lifetime. I have not identified the other three wives.
