James John was born on 14 May 1826, the son of James Allison and Henrietta Hind, at Monkwearmouth Shore. He married Jane Smith Hall on 20 December 1853. James was a Justice of the Peace for County Durham, Hon. Col. 4th Bn. Durham Light Infantry. He died 25 March 1899. Jane Smith Hall 1832-1914 Jane was born about 1832, the daughter of George Wilkin Hall, a Shipbuilder, and Elizabeth Moore. George was the son of James Hall, who also was a Shipbuilder. Jane's sister, Mary Anne is married to John George Allison. Jane died on 18 April 1914. It appears that there were no children: |
