Robert Ferguson Strong 1851-1931 Robert was born in 1851, the son of George and Agnes Strong, a timber merchant, in Sunderland, County Durham. He resided on Blandford Street in Bishopwearmouth at the time of his marriage. Mary Ann Thompson 1851- Mary Ann Thompson was born on 19 May 1851, the daughter of John Thompson and Harriet Johnson, of Monkwearmouth. She was 22 years old when she married Robert Ferguson Strong on 10 December 1873, at the Bedes parish church, in County Durham. I have found the following children: |
