Coach Haugo
has been with the Genies since the club's inception in 1999. He
helped lead the current high school team to back-to-back AAU
state championships in 2004 and 2005. A three-sport athlete
throughout his high school career in Minnesota, he attended Iowa
State on a football scholarship. The
founder and CEO of Valhalla Holdings, a local publishing
company, the 45-year-old Haugo resides in Gilbert with his wife
and two children. |

Coach
Bomar helped establish the Genies as a local recreational team
in 1999, and has guided the club on its journey to state and
national prominence for nearly a decade. A four-year
baseball and basketball player at California's Westwood High
School, the 45-year-old Bomar is the Senior Director of
Ticketing for the Arizona Cardinals of the National Football
League. He resides in Gilbert with his wife and two
daughters. |

Coach Hatcher is in his
second season with the Genies 13U club. A two-year varsity
performer at point guard for Dobson High School in Mesa, the
30-year-old Hatcher graduated from Arizona State University in 2003.
In addition to his Genies coaching duties, he is also the head boys
freshman coach at Desert Ridge High and the 8th grade girls coach at Mesquite Junior High in Gilbert,
where he teaches social studies. |
