The Genies 13U team is composed of seventh and eighth grade girls from Chandler, Mesa, Surprise, Queen Creek, Scottsdale and Gilbert and generally competes in 14U or higher divisions of all Arizona AAU sanctioned basketball tournaments. The team is coached by Steve Bomar and Darren Hatcher. Each season the Genies practice to improve their basketball skills and develop friendships that extend beyond the basketball court. Genies basketball players successfully compete at the highest level and against the top competition in the southwest.
