Taking screencaps with Windows Media Player

Open Windows Media Player
Click Tools>Options>Performance
Click the 'Advanced' button
Uncheck the box that says 'Use overlays'
Hit 'apply' or 'ok'
To take the actual screencap push 'printscreen' on your keyboard or use a screencapture program that comes with some image programs.
Paste the image into an image program and your done!
Note-- You can only take screencaptures from .avi files on Windows Media Player. ^^;
