A flat fee of $100 is charged for cleaning. There is no maid service during your stay. |

There is no phone service at the house. Our experience is that cell phones get good reception. |

The house is equipped with the following: Pillows, sheets, blankets, towels, trash bags, complete kitchenware, toaster, coffee-maker, microwave, paper products, soaps, detergent, games, TV, radio. |

Deposits

To make a reservation for dates further out than 30 days, 50%
of the rent and both the $500 damage deposit and $100 cleaning fee are required to hold your reservation. Please email

If booking within 30 days of your reservation, the full rent, damage deposit
and cleaning fee is due immediately. Please email

Damage deposit of $500 is not part of rent and will be returned 10 days after departure. |

Deposits can be made by money order, by check (if received within 2 weeks of arrival date,) by electronic check, or by credit card using PayPal.

Cancellations
|
 |
Cancellations made two weeks or less prior to arrival forfeit entire payment (unless we are able to replace the booking in that limited time, at which point your deposit will be completely refunded). Cancellations
made more than two weeks prior to arrival forfeit the first night deposit (unless we are able to replace the booking.)
