I am now the Technical Services Manager. I am in charge of the person that has my old job, Network Administrator, I manage the site wide technology implementation with admin, teachers, and students at Feaster-Edison Charter School Having created the 300+ computer, 5 server, 8 remote hub location, 4 Data Systems network from scratch, I am currently in my 9th year of maintaining the technology infrastructure of the Chula Vista Ca. Conduct inventory and track movement of equipment   Oversee and administer the student information systems. Lead technician responsible for repair and maintenance of all onsite technology. Work collaboratively with the members of the technology team (TSL director, Media Specialist, and Media and Technology Coordinator) to -Define mutual and distinct responsibilities   Manage and evaluate the ongoing support programs. Develop procedures and structures for technical support We are now running about 300+ Win2000 computers, mostly IBM thinkpad laptops. We have 2 Win 2000 Servers, running Active Directory on a national windows domain of about 120 schools. We are also running Linux servers, Unix servers, and AppleShare IP Web and File servers. All servers and workstations are under my care. Our lower grades are on Mac computers, the upper grades and teachers are on the Win2000 computers. We have 2 "Lab on a carts" that go from class to class with wireless connections to the 32 laptops that sit on the students desk. Every student in the school has e-mail, and a host of applications.
