  • Assisted 10 application developers build a flexible billing application in London. Managed and maintained the development environment and completed successful implementation of customized components. Responsible for coordinating and troubleshooting installations of application at customer site.
  • Chosen by senior vice president to take part in Guru Seminary Technical Management training. A guru acts as liaison between the project team and the core development team. Concurrently supervised 2 application developers in the creation of internal application to personalize customer products.
  • Worked on site to assist retail software company port existing application to Tenfold technology. Served as liaison between customer and core development. Installed new versions of TenFold technology and provided on site training and support to 8 developers.
  • Led the implementation of an application for Nielsen Media Research. Analyzed business processes and resolved requirement conflicts. Worked with Nielsen’s Quality Assurance team to test application changes. Supervised a team of 4.
