"How do I wire my electric water pump?" seems to be a relatively common question, so
I did this quick writeup to allow me to refer people here, rather than explaining it again.
This is basic wiring, nothing fancy, but it should get you started.

On purchased relay, wire the terminals:
87 to Meziere red (+) wire
30 to Battery red (+) wire
86 to A/C-Cruise fuse, inboard side of fuse
85 to chassis ground (-) wire
Run Meziere black (-) to chassis ground (-) wire

When the ignition is turned to the ON position, 
the A/C-Cruise fuse is hot, which then energizes the 86 terinal, 
which closes the 87 to 30 internal contact, which then supplies 
power from the Battery (terminal 30) to the Meziere, through terminal 87.

I just left the relay sitting on the passenger side, a few inches from the PCM
