History

Good Samaritan Episcopal Church began September 29, 1975, when 38 people gathered in the Lake Edward North swimming pool house to worship God together. From that beginning over 22 years ago Good Sam has grown into an active and vibrant community who gather to worship God every Sunday and who reach out to others in the Name of Jesus Christ. The congregation sees itself as a joy filled community of regular folks who come together to praise God, to delight in the many blessings received every day, and to help each other when the blessings seem scarce.
