Victor Martinez was born in Los Angeles, CA on November 20, 1976 to Manuel and Elena Martinez. He has two sisters one older Idania, one younger Erika. He first lived in West Los Angeles, and then at the age of seven his family moved to a house in Inglewood, CA.

            After graduating from St. Monica's High school, he attained Santa Monica Collage; he was only there for one year. He meets a Marine Corps Recruiter there and joins the Marine Corps in 1996. During he's time in the Marine Corps, Victor married the former Evelina Perez and had a daughter named Jennifer. After four years Victor leaves the Marine Corps, and gets a job in Hawaii as a Web Master for a year.

           Then after the contract ended he was asked to come to Fort Huachuca, AZ in 2001. He worked for at JITC also as a Web Master, for one year. In November of 2002 he accepts a job with at Greely Hall, were he stay there for six years, during witch he has three more kids Anthony, Eric & Diana. Victor started AOKA on Nov 2003 with his daughter Jennifer.
