This dojo is the first international school for AOKA. It is owned and operated by Shihan Stephen Cooper. It is located in Hiedelburg, Germany. The school is funded through SKIES (Schools of Knowledge, Inspiration, Exploaration, and Skills) Unlimited. SKIES Unlimited is sponsored by the US Army Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR) Child and Youth Services program.

A discription of your classes: Little Dragon classes are geared for the very young martial artist, inserting more fun activities into a general martial arts curriculum. Little Dragons learn basic Karate blocks, strikes, and kicks as well as simple katas (forms.) Youth and Teen classes are based on standard Tai Shin Ki Do martial arts fundamentals, including the foundation blocking, striking, and kicking techniques and kata (forms) taught in the Isshin Ryu Karate style. Students are also taught Tai Shin Ki Do self defense techniques and round out this training with monthly open sparring sessions. All students are taught the importance of character as a martial artist, emphasizing humility with confidence, respect for themselves and others, and the knowledge that martial artists don’t train to fight; instead, they train so they don’t have to fight.
