PSC Trail Cage

How your PSC cage will come to your door. Well, minus the box and peanuts.

I had to dremmel the drain hole a bit for the floor bolt to fit.

I also had to dremmel the foot of the cage. Other than that, this cage fit nicely.

Here is the cage tack welded in place. Be sure to cover you seats and floors with tarps.

Measure, measure, measure. Mark is checking my measurements to make sure we got the cage square.

Mr. Forsyth welds it all up after we pull the tacked cage out. Another hint is to drop your windshield to make removal and replacement easier.

Here it is painted and bolted/welded in.

A side view of the spreaders, dash, and overhead bar as well as side bars.

Here is the bolt that goes through the drain hole.

This is the floor support which is nicely painted in Rustoleum Glossy Enamel...black.

Rock Lights

Here is where I mounted the lights. It was easy and accessible and the tires don't hit em!!

I used a 30 AMP relay wired to the battery and tripped off a piggy back from the in cab switch to my KC relay. One switch, all lights.

Here is a pic with the headlights on. But that's it.

Here is a pic with the rock lights on with no headlights.

From the front with just the rock lights.

Here is the rock lights and KC lights.

Here is rock lights, KC lights, and headlights.

And the pic of them all on. I plan to add 2 more in back to illuminate under the rear tires. I may readjust the front ones if I find some time.

Added two more 55 watt lights to the underside of the tub on the ebrake bracket.

These will come in handy the one time a year I actually get to use them! Look pretty good for cheapo Harbor Freight lights.
