Drazi was a race of aliens on the Babylon 5 tv series.

In the head shot above, that’s dirt on her muzzle. She’s not actually brown behind the nose. She’s black there. Although she does have some tan between her toes that came in at six months old and a dusting of tan on her legs that came in even later.
Black is the most recessive of the 4 GSD color patterns (sable>saddle (the most common pattern, by far) >bicolor>black). Klaatu is out of Athonhof/Grunenfeld black lines. Although I could not find any blacks in Quincy’s pedigree, he is line-bred on a dog (Ilja) known to carry black.
Drazi has perfect angulation front and rear. (That’s perfect, not extreme.) And her height to length proportions are also right on the standard. She is ideal height with good bone and has a real nice topline. She is known for her speed and agility. Can she ever maneuver around those cows!
Drazi has nice working drives, but is also very livable around the house because she is calm and relaxed when not working. She is naturally both a driving and fetching dog. Drazi has strong stock ethics and work ethics and is very bidabble.
Drazi has a lot of power on livestock. She has good heel and is not afraid to take on the head, not even of unbroke cattle. She puts on the pressure, then naturally backs off and gives the stock a chance to move. However, on ducks she is very gentle. Working far off with lots of rate. Sometimes, she just moves her head to make the ducks move.

Drazi turned on to sheep at 14-weeks old and earned her AHBA Herding Capability Tested title on 11/19/2000 at 7-months-old.

Newsflash!! Drazi got a leg on HS A cattle with a 90,
1st place and Reserve High In Trial!
(The
only other qualifier on these difficult stock was her mom Klaatu with a 95,
HIT.)
Newsflash!! Drazi now has a High In Trial on cattle. This
time edging out her mom and again on difficult stock and while pregnant.
Newsflash!! Drazi has another HIT and RHIT, this time on HTD! And it was her first time
working goats!
Plus another HIT and RHIT, but this is now old hat.
Newsflash!! Drazi went 3 for 3 in her Herding
Intermediate campaign with 2 firsts and a third. And this without being practiced on the A course!! Ibid for HXAs
At the famous ASCA Tequilla Classic, Drazi took
HIT cattle from a full field of 40 dogs assembled from all over the western
US.
High Combined (OB & Aussie) at Nor Cal ASCA
filled trial that even included a couple of started runs!
Drazi finished her WTCH with a High Combined OB
for the 3 day trial award.
Drazi has earned HTCh points on HRDIII (sheep,
goats & cattle), HTDIII (ducks, sheep, goats & cattle), & HTADIII
(sheep & goats)
Drazi earned her HC with points on HXAd, HXAc,
& HXAs.
Oh I really should up date this page more, Drazi
has now earned lots of HIT, RHIT, high combined, and high cattle awards.
Unfortunately, too many trials don’t make it
onto my spread sheet, but here’s some of what did.

Drazi's many High In Trials have come off of
several courses and stocks including HSAc, HSAd, HTDI-s, HSCs, HXAd, HXAc,
HXCs, HICs, HXCs, & HXAs.

Drazi's many Reserve High In Trials have come
off of several courses and stocks including HSAc, HTDI-s, HTDIII-g, HRDIII-g,
HRDIII-s, HTADIII-s, HTADIII-g, HXAc HTDIII-ge & HXAs.
