The TYCO HP7 Chassis (1982)

The TYCO HP7 Chassis (1982)

Since the 440 Magnum was by 1982 the high performance chassis at TYCO, it seems that they decided to come up with a very low cost alternative in the form of the HP7 chassis. It has less parts than the Curvehugger HP2, and while I'm not sure if it's a better or worse performer than the Curvehugger HP2, it certainly is not a racing class chassis. Nothing more than a basic chassis for non-enthusiast use ( i.e. it's a toy chassis ). Even so, it looks very good in a body, so to the collector, no harm done.
