THIS DOES NOT WORK!
Trying to ignore it.
Trying to stay still.
Relaxation: starting at your feet and working up the body. Arghhhh!
Trying to NOT wake your partner.
This is like trying to stifle that dry chronic tickle in your throat.
The quieter you are, the stiller you try to be, the more likely you are to cough, or
in this case "wiggle", once more.
IGNORING RLS will NOT make it go away!!
Believe it or not, the techniques on this page constituted 90% of my battle
against RLS for the first 40 years.
It's no wonder I never got a grip!!!
