    Archival Digital Prints
The latest generation of inkjet printers produce prints of such quality that they are superior to traditional photographic prints, both in terms of longevity and resolution. I use only Epson Ultrachrome inks which have been rated to not fade for at least 75 years. Each print is enclosed in a clear plastic envelope with a sheet of ¼" foamcore for backing and protection. The mount sizes are true to within one-sixteenth of an inch, but image size may vary by an inch or less because each photograph has been sized to proportions specific to its composition. All prints are shipped unframed. If you are not satisfied, you may return your purchase for a full refund.

I have three paperback books, each 8½ x 5½ inches in size. Two consist of photographs and poems. My latest book consists of poems with drawings instead of photographs. All of the photographs and drawings are printed in black and white. Descriptions of the books are printed below. Price is $10 each plus $2 for shipping by first class mail.

Earth Air Water Fire consists of 18 photographs and 26 poems. The title refers to the belief by ancient civilizations that all matter was composed of four essential ingredients—earth, air, water, and fire. The poems and photographs in this collection deal with the natural world, the world our senses can see, touch, smell, taste, and hear. My intention in creating these poems and photographs is to walk where the natural world and the mythical world overlap, where the spiritual exists within the physical. To the ancients, these were the sacred places where the rocks, the trees, the air, the light, all projected an aura of meaning and purpose in the universe.

Venice consists of 19 photographs and 20 poems about the magnificent city of Venice. Its content is probably best expressed in this poem from the collection.

    It's over.
    Leaving her breaks my heart.
    Seven days and seven nights
    I offered to this consecration.
    This morning is the last.
No more will a lift of skirt
    entice me in moonlight.
    Such exhilaration
    from so scant a glance.
    All those unseen places.
    All those private precincts
    reeking of musky reverence.
Only her face did I caress.
    All the rest remain untouched.
I ache with the loss, but now
let poetry rise from this death.

Sensual Lines consists of 26 drawings and 25 poems. The poems in this book are about the sexual currents that swirl within every man and woman. They go unnoticed until we feel some pushing and tugging, but this is a tide that flows inside us always. The current may flow smoothly, but it runs deep and strong. When it surges, we can only react. We have no more control than the ocean has on the pull of the Moon. When passion is high, reason and logic are overwhelmed. Love carries us on waves with little thought of crashing on the rocks. To soothe that pain, the sweet melancholy of loss is our balm. And it seems no wreck can dissuade us from the next odyssey. These poems and drawings create the experience of being caught up in that tide and swept away on those waves.
