See "official" cast photos of the production here. The performances were December 12-14, 2003 at the Herndon Community Center, in Herndon, Virginia.
Here are some better photos of Rosie in production provided courtesy of Richard Downer:

Rosie as Miss Dilber, one of the ladies from whom Scrooge is trying to collect payment.

Rosie as Isabel Fezziwig, who briefly played the younger Scrooge's fiance before Isabel discovers she loves money more than her.

Here is a better cast photo. Can you find Rosie? (Hint, she is behind the director.)
These are a couple of my pictures. Sorry about the image quality: no flash photography was allowed and the lights were dim enough as it is.

From Rosie's key scene. She played the part of Isabel, Scrooge's fiancé. The younger Scrooge is at the desk, while the older Scrooge watches with the Ghost of Christmas Past. Rosie and the younger Scrooge first sang the song "Happiness" from the movie (details of which you can find here.) Here she gives Scrooge back his engagement ring when it becomes clear that he loves money more than her.
Rosie surprised her parents. She is rapidly maturing as both an actress and a singer. She competed well with the best of the adult actors. This marks her first semi-professional performance!
Here's a cast photo from after the show. With sufficient light (unavailable during the performance) getting a good picture was literally a snap!
