My english teacher inspired the first of these monsters by being boring as dirt, forcing me to draw weird stuff just to relieve the tedium. I've never met an english teacher that wasn't boring as dirt. I'm willing to be charitable and blame it on the subject... but then they had to choose that career, didn't they?
