There has been much talk lately regarding the statements from
Swift Boat Veterans for Truth. First, the news broke out that this group of veterans were alleging that John Kerry lied about his service in Viet Nam. The Democrats decried that this was unfair. Further, they tautened any TV station that would air the ad.
Not Fair?
As I recall, during the Democratic National Convention, John Kerry made a major issue of his service in Viet Nam. It seems fair to me that, once he put the issue on the table, it should be open to examination.
In addition, John Kerry has made issue of our Commander in Chief's integrity. Now that it appears that Senator Kerry's own integrity is less than sterling, the Dems cry foul.
Way to Go Cos!
Last night, Bill Cosby did it again. He spoke the
unvarnished truth while the Reverend Jesse Jackson looked on, dumbfounded.
"You've got to stop beating up your women because you can't find a job, because you didn't want to get an education and now you're (earning) minimum wage," Cosby said. "You should have thought more of yourself when you were in high school, when you had an opportunity."
If I said something like that, I'd be labeled a racist.
Look for me and Karla at the
Central Coast Renaissance Festival at San Louis Obispo during the weekend of July 17th and 18th. I'll post the pictures when I get back.
