The Harmon High School Mini Reunion is scheduled for July 22 – 24, 2005. Please allow me this opportunity to introduce the Hacienda Hotel-Old Town San Diego.

RATES:

I am pleased to extend the net rate of $155.00 for single or double occupancy. Each additional guest in a room is $10.00. Current tax is 10.5%. The Hacienda Hotel-Old Town San Diego will add a $3.00 California Energy Surcharge per night to our daily room rate. (Taxes and surcharges are subject to change). There is a two night minimum over all weekend dates. Parking at the Hacienda Hotel is $10.00 per car per night.

RESERVATION:

Reservation method is by Individual Call In. Request for Harmon High School Mini Reunion. Reservation is due by June 22, 2005. Additional room reservations requested after this date will be subject to availability.

Check-in is at 3:00pm. Check out is at 12:00pm

PAYMENT SCHEDULE:

As agreed, individuals are responsible for room, tax, energy surcharge, and incidentals.

The Hacienda Hotel will accept personal or business checks for payment on Master Accounts and/or individual reservations for up two weeks prior to check-in date.

If payment is to be made less than two weeks from check-in date, payment for Master Account and/or individual reservations must be made by Credit Card, Cashiers Check, Money Order, or Cash. No personal or business checks will be accepted.

AMENITIES:

Located in the heart of Old Town on a magnificent hillside setting overlooking (150) plus boutiques, galleries, museums, theater, (40) international eating establishments, specialty shops and less than a ten minute drive from the San Diego Zoo, Sea World, beaches, Lindbergh Field Airport and Convention Center.

The Hacienda Hotel-Old Town consists of (198) authentic Santa Fe Style suites, which include microwave, refrigerator, coffee makers, video cassette player, remote control television and cable TV. Additional features to enjoy are guest laundry facilities on premises, valet service available, and complimentary airport/Amtrak shuttle service.

The hotel guests of the Hacienda Hotel-Old Town also have signing privileges for food and beverages at three (3) different restaurants, which can be charged to your room. They are:

Acapulco Restaurant on premises for Mexican Cuisine

Café Pacifica for fine Continental Cuisine

Jack and Giulio’s Restaurant for fine Italian Cuisine.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Reservations must be cancelled up to forty-eight hours before the arrival date, to waive the one night cancellation fee.
