Method of Payment:
Harry & Ginnie’s Street Rod Products will accept and ship immediately upon receipt of Money Orders or Cashier’s Checks. If absolutely necessary, we will also accept Personal Checks but they must clear or cash on a local bank before shipment. This could cause a ten day or more delay in shipment. Sorry, we do not accept Credit Cards at this time. We would have to increase our prices 3% to 5% or more to cover the credit card charges and bookkeeping. We would rather pass those savings along to you, our customer. All applicable taxes apply if required by law. Prices may change without notice.

Delivery:
Although many items will be shipped from stock, some products and out of stock items may take from 7 to 10 days to ship

Our Return Policy:
Any merchandise returned for a refund must be returned freight prepaid within 30 days of purchase. Your refund will be the price of the merchandise less a 15% restocking fee. Products not manufactured by Harry & Ginnie’s Street Rod Products or those purchased on special order are exempt from this guarantee. All items must be marked with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Harry & Ginnie’s Street Rod Products. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Our Warranty:

Harry & Ginnie’s Street Rod Products warrants our products to be free from defective material or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Harry & Ginnie’s Street Rod Products at its option, is limited to repairing or replacing these products, shipping charges prepaid. There are no other expressed or implied warranties. Returned products that have been subject to abuse, misuse, damage or accident or have been connected, installed or adjusted contrary to the instructions furnished by Harry & Ginnie’s Street Rod Products or repaired by unauthorized persons will not be covered by our warranty. Harry & Ginnie’s Street Rod Products reserves the right to discontinue models, change specifications, price or design of its products at any time without notice and without incurring any obligation. The purchaser agrees to assume all liabilities for any damage and/or bodily injury that may result from the use or misuse of our products by the purchaser, his employee or agent.

Special Orders:
Items indicated as special order or items not appearing on our web site that have been ordered to accommodate our customers are non-returnable. Warranties in effect are those stipulated by the manufacturer.
