Shalom!
שׁלוֹם
Welcome to the web site! We hope you enjoy your stay here! Much of what you read here
will be new to you, but we ask your indulgence for a while. As you can tell by our
greeting of shalom (peace), we are going to present information in the language of the
Scriptures — Hebrew and Greek. As new terms and definitions are used, the term or
definition will either be defined on the page being viewed or a link to our Guide to Definitions and Terminology page or some outside source if
some detailed explanation is required. We recommend that visit the Guide to Definitions
and Terminology page and check out some terms and definitions before proceeding. This will
greatly enhance your visit to our web site.
Many Christians have asked the question, "What does Eloheim
want of me?" and "I want more! There must be something more!" This web site
helps to answer these question.
Many of you want to live as Yeshua did, to
do the kind of things Yeshua did. Here you'll find out: After all, we are
commanded in 1 Kefa 2:21 that you should follow in his steps. Many times you've read
in your bibles to keep the commandments, and to be obedient to
God. But
what are the commandments of God? The 10 commandments? Believe it or not, there are
six
hundred and thirteen commandments! "But aren't those commandments put
away?" We answer you, as Rabbi Sha'ul:
Romiyim 3:31
31Do we then overthrow the law (Torah)
by this faith? By no means! On the contrary, we uphold the law (Torah). |
By the way, the
B'rit Chadashah has 784 commandments. Just think of thousands of laws on the books here in the
United States alone. Our God has gotten it down to a mere 1,397!
We have come not to condemn but to do as
Priscilla and Aquila did with Ephesus:
Acts 18:24-26
24Now a certain Jew named Apollos, born at Alexandria, an
eloquent man and mighty in the Scriptures, came to Ephesus. 25This
man had been instructed in the way of
HASHEM; and being fervent in spirit, he
spoke and taught accurately the things of
HASHEM, though he knew only the baptism of
Yochanan.
26So he began to speak boldly in the synagogue. When Aquila and Priscilla
heard him, they took him aside and explained to him the way of God
more accurately. |
You have many riches; let us add to your treasure!
The commandments of God are a rich treasure. Like a diamond mine, many of them
cannot be dug out; but that's no reason to not dig at all! You may never in your lifetime
mine all the treasures, but you will certainly enrich your walk beyond belief! This is the
way the early believers lived, the way Yeshua lived and taught.
We welcome you! Barukh Adonai ! Blessed
is
HASHEM.
We now recommend that you proceed the Table of Contents and
begin your journey into the world of the Messiah.
