Reunion Information Thirty years have somehow passed since we graduated from Helix. Although the time has passed, the memories of our good times together remain. This year’s reunion will be the perfect setting to renew friendships and even start new friendships. Our reunion weekend will consist of a mixer on Friday, August 13, and a the reunion dinner and dance on Saturday, August 14. Reunion Dinner and Dance This is the event you won’t want to miss on Saturday, August 14, at the Mission Valley Marriott. There will be great food and music, and this is definitely the event most of the classmates will be attending. Mixer You don’t have to wait until Saturday night to meet with everybody. Join us at the Mission Valley Marriott on Friday, August 13 for good times and good company. There will be hors d’oeuvres and a no host bar. Charge for Parking The Hotel will be charging a reduced rate for parking. Special Reunion Package • Reunion Package - $55/person for Reunion AND Mixer • Reunion - $50/person or $60/person at door • Mixer - $10/person or $15/person at door Photo Memory Book A professional photographer will be taking photos at the reunion. If at least 25 orders are made, we will be able to have a Photo Memory Book from this year’s reunion. (Orders for the photo memory book will be handled by the photography company, who will contact you. The cost will be around $20.) You can also bring your own camera to the reunion, and your photos can be included in the Photo Memory Book. Hotel The Mission Valley Marriott has reduced their hotel rates for our reunion. Our special room rate is only $99 per night (plus taxes). This rate is being offered only through July 21, 2004. If you plan on staying at the hotel for a night or two during our weekend, you must make your own reservations through the hotel at (800) 228-9290. Make sure you ask for the Helix High School Reunion rate. Help Locate Missing Classmates Please take a close look at the enclosed Missing Classmates List. If you have any contact information on any of the classmates, please send that information to us so we can send them an invitation. Also, if you know anyone who is interested in going to the reunion and/or mixer but has not heard from us, please give us their contact information as soon as possible.
