Hellacious


Hellacious is the World's fastest 90" wheelbase 1948 Anglia. This car is owned and driven by long time Mid-West driver, now known as, Bob "Hellacious" Sarkisian , from the Detroit "Motown" area. Bob keeps the great Armenian racing tradition alive with such notables as the legendary "Big John Mazmanian" and "Setto Pestoian".
The car is powered by a Chevy big block 522ci engine putting out 910 hp and 890 lbs. of torque. The engine is Fuel Injected by Ron's Systems and set up to run on alcohol. The Transmission is built by World IHRA Sportsman champion Kenny Lang

Hellacious was originaly built by the legendary Mid-West car builder,"Chuck Finders" and raced AA/GS (Double A Gas- Supercharged and Injected) Class in the 1960's and 70's driven by the notorious, well respected and well known local driver,
"Angel Rivera" of Norwalk, Ohio.
Sarkisian's total restoration includes the latest technology and enhancements of today. The engine is built by the legendary and recent "Hall of Famer","Tony Fiel".
