After the sun sets and the island darkens,

preparations are made for the

The Sacred Drummer and Dancers

are chosen as young boyz

and study fur years.

Already in full costume,

the trio bow to the sacred fire

and ignite their headdresses.

The drummer commences

a hypnotic rhythm.

The dancers start slow at first.

The beat builds in intensity

until the dancers move at a furious pace,

completely heedless of the dangers of
