Hi Howard
I was one of your students this summer and just wanted to let you now I passed my test a few weeks ago. I scored a 581. I was actually surprised to find out I had scored so low. I really had thought I had scored higher when I finished. Oh well, I'm just glad I passed. One thing that has me a little disconcerted is the fact that they don't tell you what you missed. The reason that bothers me ,In my mind, how am I supposed to correct  what I missed ? I wanted to personally say "thank you" for your training and all you did to help me succeed. I know honestly I could not have passed without your training the way you did it.

Howard,
I took the Home Inspection test today (9/17/04) and PASSED. I had a 517 score. Wow! What a test. I thought I was getting too old for this kind of stuff. I would consider it a very hard test. Now on to the next step, sending it  to the State. It took me about 3 hours 15-20 minutes. Then I took the rest  of the time going back over my answers. I didn't change but a couple. Found one question I has not answered. Total time 3:45 minutes. It almost took the full 4 hours. I could not have passed without you training us the way you did.

I just got around to taking the test, ( I PASSED) It looks great on paper that I passed, Your class was very interesting and I don't thank that I could have got all of the information that was needed to pass the test without your help! I can't wait to get my paper work in to the state, so I can get my License.  I look forward to start working as a Licensed Home Inspector !
