Situated in the picturesque South Carolina Lowcountry along the beautiful beaches of Hilton Head Island, Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort is the epitome of all that is desirable and perfect about vacationing on Hilton Head Island. You can retreat and rejuvenate in our one bedroom / one bath beach condo on the top floor with an ocean view - completely and professionally renovated in 2005. We've added new hardwood flooring throughout, ceramic tile in the bathroom, updated kitchen with stone countertops, bathroom upgrades, and all-new decor and quality furniture with upscale enhancements in a relaxing tropical beach theme.
The condo sleeps four adults (2 in queen sized bed and 2 on the queen-sized sleeper sofa) and two additional children may sleep in the built-in bunks in the sleeping alcove with privacy shades. You can also prepare meals in the full kitchen.
Located a short 100 yard walk from the beautiful sandy beach and huge pool, this resort also includes a tiki bar, tennis courts, playground, fishing lagoon and restaurant. The pool is the largest oceanfront pool on the island with separate kiddie pool.
In addition and included in the new 2005 renovations, you will find: new appliances including stove/oven, dishwasher, and built-in microwave; new dishes cookware and utensils in the kitchen; new queen size bed (very comfortable!) in bedroom; a surprisingly comfortable queen-sized sleeper sofa; new TV & DVD Player; a fresh supply of quality linens, bath towels, and more.
