Our first objective for the day was Hoover Dam. Well, this is all we saw. Turns out
it's a prime tourist attraction, and it was FULL! No place to park, and no real place
to turn around. A very windy and congested road through a serious canyon. I took some
more photos with the regular camera. The digital takes too long when the car is moving!
There was actually a very pretty view of Lake Mead from the Nevada side; but the photo
was seriously blurred. The Arizona side is so desolate it's hard to believe they call
it a National Recreation Area. I would not want to get out of the car there!
We'll likely take some Vegas photos tomorrow.
