These presentations are created to motivate Investment Bankers, Brokerage Firms, Investment Managers, Analysts and CFPs to subscribe, underwrite or recommend to their clients to invest in the Capital needs of the Company. Understanding the investment proposal, and communicating it to the potential Investor is paramount. Presentations, when professionally created and directed, are the most powerful and effective tools for establishing the essential dialogue between the Growth Company and the Investor. TheHolmes Organization provides direction and imagination to make even a simple presentation an inspiration. Augmented Power Point and Macromedia Director software programs can create a powerful visual demonstration. Combined with a full spectrum of state-of-the-art Multi-media devices the presention becomes an effective and flexible format for presenting and reinforcing the Company¹s message and objectives. We understand the needed, analyze the problem and, in conjunction with Industry and Financial affiliates, provide the solution and effect the change.
				HOW DO WE DO IT?
				Thoroughly read, analyze and understand the Business Plan that has been prepared. Review and consult with our Financial and Securities Partners to obtain their input. Consult with relevant Industry Experts. Meet with Key Company Personnel to deter mine their objectives and schedules. Create an Integrated Strategic Communications Plan, including a cost analysis for several types of Presentations. Provide Story Boards that demonstrate how the Presentation will work. Provide detailed Story Boards for final approval and produce script in conjunction with Principals. Implement the approved Presentation. Coach Presenters on the use of all Equipment, Software and Presentation Techniques so that they are confident and comfortable. Provide collateral printed materials, replacement software and technical support, such as, a Hot Line. Monitor all media outputs of prior Video News Releases or Audio News Releases when applicable. Provide detailed Summary Report after presentations.
